2019 CTSO Leadership Conferences

Vermont SkillsUSA will hold their Fall Leadership Conference at the Vermont Tech campus on Friday, November 22 with the theme: Champions at Work--I'm Ready! Chris Gray, the new Executive Director, and his state officer team have planned for an exciting day--complete with a national officer! Over 200 members will be engaged and honing their leadership skills.'

VT FFA members spent many memorable days at the 92nd National FFA Convention in Indianapolis. For some, it was their first time attending, and how incredible it was... It's a great way to get geared up for the rest of the FFA year in Vermont.

DECA and FBLA members of Vermont chapters combined forces for their Fall Leadership Conference in Montpelier on October 25. The last group to be in the Vermont State House before it shuts down for repairs, VT DECA and VT FBLA shared a keynote and motivational speaker Kyle Willkom. He challenged members to TAKE ACTION! With national officers in attendance as well, FBLA revealed A World of Opportunity while DECA members were ready with Here We Go!

HOSA experienced unexpected logicistic challenges this year. So instead of holding a Fall Leadership Conference, members will be saving their fundraising efforts to attend the Spring Leadership Conference to be held at the Mount Washington Omni Hotel in April. Although Dartmouth College seemed ideal, it will no longer be available for HOSA. The silver lining? All members should be able to be in one hotel this year.
